Twenty years of experience in delivering technical assistance across public and private sectors and along the full urban project cycle, including research and analytics, vision and strategy, stakeholder management, evidence-based policy and plan formulation, project preparation and execution, and programme evaluation.

Pablo is currently advising the World Bank and has conducted consulting assignments for the Asian Development Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, CAF, SECO, UN-Habitat, Singapore’s Center for Livable Cities and the Economist Intelligence Unit, among others, as well as national and subnational governments. He has also advised international investment consortiums in real estate, leading infrastructure and energy companies.
